All City Towing utilizes computer-aided dispatch (CAD) equipment coupled with touch screen mobile data terminals (MDT’s) within each of the tow trucks. These systems allow for the accurate mapping and recording of each dispatch and arrival time on all calls. Our use of this equipment allows management to better target training needs, geographical regions needing additional support, dispatch opportunities and has improved communication with law enforcement. The benefits realized are quicker response times, excellent audit results on external audits performed by governmental agencies and, most importantly, better service delivered to our customers.
