What you will need to pick up your vehicle at one of our storage facilities:

1. Current state issued photo ID or drivers license.

2. Current registration or title in your name.

3. Pay any Towing and storage fee's owed against the vehicle to be picked up.

4. If vehicle is picked up after normal business hours, gate fee will apply.
    

If your vehicle was put on a 30 day hold by a law enforcement agency:

1. You will need to get a 30 day hold release form from the agency that had your vehicle towed.

2. Current state issued photo ID or drivers license.

3. Current registration or title in your name.

4. Pay any Towing and storage fee's owed against the vehicle to be picked up.

5. If vehicle is picked up after normal business hours, gate fee will apply.
